Each membership covers one HVAC system and includes two precision tune-ups per year (cooling & heating). 1-year minimum commitment. Membership dues must be current to receive benefits.

Club members receive scheduled tune-ups twice a year—cooling in May and heating in November—so you’re ready for peak seasons.
Cooling Tune-Up (A/C & Mini-Split)
- Check refrigerant charge, operating pressures, voltage & amp draw
- Inspect wiring, connections, contactor points, and pressure switches
- Measure evaporator air temps & temperature differential; performance check
- Clean condenser coil, wash exterior, clear condensate line
- Inspect condenser fan motor & blades; compressor start-up
- Inspect outdoor disconnect; examine evaporator coil (deep cleaning if needed billed separately)
- Lubricate motors (if applicable); inspect/replace air filter (Platinum: filter provided)
Heating Tune-Up (Furnace & Heat Pump)
- Clean burners; adjust controls; set combustion air as needed
- Check for gas leaks; inspect heat exchanger for cracks
- Verify airflow; clean blower; check wiring & connections
- Measure air temperature rise; overall performance check
- Heat pumps: test heat strips, heating mode, and defrost cycle
- Inspect/replace air filter (Platinum: filter provided)
- Lubricate motors (if applicable); verify pressure switches
