Our AC unit literally burned out. The unit continually needed something, time for a new system. Dan gave us a quote to replace it that was too good to pass up. With temperatures in the high 90s, we needed the new system fast. Dan’s employee and son-in-law, Alex, spent the afternoon on the roof in scorching temperatures installing the new AC/heating unit. Alex is a wonderful person, polite, knowledgeable and passionate about his profession. Easy company to work with.

Dan was amazingly prompt and helpful! Our heater stopped blowing hot air during a really cold period in February and he was able to schedule us ASAP! I called West Coast Air Conditioning because our air conditioning unit is on the roof and we are not familiar with these types of units. There was water dripping from the roof through our gutter. We thought something might be wrong with the unit, so I called Dan and told him what was happening. He said that was normal and was very kind about it. Since we have been here one year, I still wanted to schedule an inspection. He came out, in a timely manner and even sent a text saying he was in route. I appreciated that immensely because I needed to put my dogs in their kennels. He inspected the AC unit, along with the filter, and told me everything was fine.
