Tune Up

A/C tune-up

(Scheduled in May of each year)

An A/C tue-up keeps your cooling system in good working order. This will increase the efficiency of the condensing unit, reduce wear and tear and help prevent breaksdowns.

This tune up includes the following:

1. Lubricate motors (if applicable)

2. Check Capacitors

3. Clean Outside of ac unit.

4. Check evaporator air temperatures

5. Check wiriting & connections

6. Check rerigerant change

7. Check operating pressures

8. Check volatge and AMP draw.

9. Ckean condensation line

10. Check performance of system

11. Check contactor points

12. Check pressure switches

13. Clean condenser coil

14. Check temperature differential

15. Check evaporator coil (In the event the coil is plugged and needs to be removed and cleaned, additional labor will be charged.)

16. Inspect the air filter and change if necessary (filter supplied by customer) * see note 1

17. Inspect outdoor disconnect

18. Inspect condenser fan motor & blades

19. Inspect compressor at startup

Heating Tune Up

(Scheduled in November of each year)

A furnace tune-up keeps your heating system in good working order. This will increase the efficiency of the furnace, reduce wear and tear and help prevent vreak downs.

This tune up includes the following:

1. Lubricate motors (if applicable)

2. Adjust controls if needed

3. Adjust combustion air to burners

4. Check Pressure switches

5. Inspect the air filter and change if necessary. (filter supplied by customer) * see note 1

6. Check air temperature rise

7. Check wiring & connections

8. Clean burners

9. Check for gas leaks in furnace

10. Check heat exchanger for cracks

11.Check performance of system
